Griswold Home Care only refers caregivers who are certified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and can pass our proprietary screening process.  By screening for competence, identity, compassion, and integrity, Griswold Home Care goes above and beyond to find the best professional and personable caregiver for any situation.

Our CareAssure Screening System

Our screening system includes a telephone screen, behavioral-based interview, competency testing in over 44 skills sets and experiences, screening for trustworthiness and reliability, honesty, suitability and patience, HIPAA-compliance, verification of work eligibility, verification of certificates and training, a thorough criminal background check, and at least 4 personal and professional reference checks.
